Tuition

Tuition is based on each program’s overall semester of instruction and experience, rather than the number of individual Schoolhouse days that fall within a particular month. Each semester includes thoughtfully planned curriculum, guided learning, projects, experiences, mentorship, exhibitions, and community opportunities.

For families choosing a monthly payment plan, semester tuition is divided into six equal monthly payments. This keeps tuition consistent from month to month, even when holidays, scheduled breaks, or the number of instructional days vary.

Tuition reflects the depth of our Schoolhouse model: experienced educators and mentors, hands-on curriculum, Spanish immersion, nature-based learning, practical life skills, and the time and care invested into creating an environment where children can truly thrive.

Enrollment & Discounts

Application Fee: A non-refundable $50 application fee is due prior to the family interview.

Enrollment Fee: A $350 enrollment fee is due upon acceptance of your enrollment invitation.

Sibling Discount: Families enrolling multiple children receive a 10% sibling discount.

Pay-in-Full Discount: Families who pay their semester tuition in full receive a 5% discount.

TEFA Funding

The Village Schoolhouse accepts Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) funding for eligible educational expenses. Families planning to use TEFA funds are welcome to apply them toward qualifying Schoolhouse tuition and services in accordance with current TEFA program guidelines and eligibility requirements.

We believe education should feel joyful, meaningful, and connected to real life. Tuition supports much more than hours spent in a classroom. It supports an intentionally designed semester of learning, mentorship, experiences, community, and opportunities for children to discover what they are capable of.
