At The Village Schoolhouse, we believe education should feel different not only for the children we serve, but for the adults who pour into them.
Many traditional education environments leave teachers feeling overwhelmed, overextended, and disconnected from the joy that first drew them to working with children. The Village Schoolhouse is intentionally designed to be different. Our educators are not simply instructors; they are mentors, and role models who pour into our children as they fall in love with learning We keep our Schoolhouse small so that relationships can flourish and learning can remain personal and meaningful. Just as importantly, we are building a place where the adults in children’s lives can thrive too.

We’re looking for someone passionate about helping children and parents grow in confidence in their math + reading journeys. You would listen to their goals, help identify the obstacles they’re facing in their current curriculum, and provide individualized support and tutoring to help them continue moving forward. Reading Specialist / Math Tutor
Assistant Teacher for our Littles - Ages 4–8

We’re looking for an Assistant Teacher to work alongside our lead teacher in the classroom. Our ideal candidate would use this position as an opportunity to learn our Schoolhouse model and train with the possibility of stepping into a Lead Teacher role in the Spring or next Fall.
We’re also looking for someone to lead our new Little Cubs program! This person would create a joyful, hands-on learning environment built around wonder and our Curriculum of Life.
