Art With Heart: Community Art Projects
In Art Club, students will work on a series of hands-on art installation projects designed to serve our community.
Throughout the session, students will create meaningful pieces that will be donated to local nursing homes, small businesses, animal shelters, and community spaces throughout our city. Each project allows students to explore different artistic mediums while learning how creativity can bring encouragement and joy to others.
Students will experiment with a variety of materials including watercolor, fabric paint, acrylic paint, mixed media, lettering, and sculptural objects while learning new techniques along the way.
Every project is created with the intention of serving someone else and giving our kids the space to be creative.
At the end of the program, students will host an “Art With Heart Gallery Day,” where families and community partners can view the artwork before it is donated and installed throughout the community.

The STEM Club: Science that Matters
In STEM Club, students will work on a series of hands-on science and engineering projects designed to serve our community.
Throughout the session, students will create meaningful solutions that can be shared with local businesses, community spaces, and organizations throughout our city. Each project allows students to explore scientific concepts while learning how innovation and problem-solving can create real impact.
Students will experiment with a variety of tools and disciplines including basic engineering, environmental science, simple machines, design thinking, and introductory technology while learning to research, test, and refine their ideas.
As part of the program, students will collaborate on a Future City–inspired project, where they design and build a model city that solves real-world challenges through sustainable systems, infrastructure, and creative engineering solutions.
Every project is created with the intention of helping others and giving students the space to think critically, build confidently, and explore how science applies to the real world.
